How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go! Did you know you can simply downgrade to a lower plan if you feel the action limits in your current plan are too much? You can even remain on the free tier so you don’t lose all the market intelligence you’ve gathered in the Insights section of your organization (analytics, revenue and usage).
To downgrade to a lower subscription plan or to the free tier:
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Change Subscription
- Select the plan you'd like to move to
- Review and confirm the changes
And when you’re ready to ramp up your campaign activity, you can upgrade your plan accordingly.
To cancel your subscription:
1. On your Drawbridge dashboard, select Billing from the left side menu.
2. Click Change Subscription
3. Locate your current plan
4. Click Cancel Subscription
When does my cancellation take effect?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to all features included in your paid plan until your cancellation date.
What happens after my subscription is cancelled?
Once your subscription ends:
- Campaigns will be moved to Draft status, including any campaigns currently running - your audience will no longer be able to complete the forms.
- Pages will be moved to Draft status
- Brands will remain in your account
- Prizes will be moved to Draft status
- Workflows and automations will be paused
Your assets are not deleted and remain available within your account.
What happens to my leads and data?
Your contacts, leads, submissions, and campaign data will remain stored in Drawbridge after cancellation.
Can I reactivate my account later?
Yes. You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time.
If you reactivate your account, your previously created assets will still be available. Any campaigns, pages, prizes, or workflows that were drafted or paused during cancellation will need to be manually republished to be visible to the public and able to accept submissions.
Will my campaigns automatically resume if I resubscribe?
No. To prevent accidental launches or communications, drafted campaigns and paused workflows must be reviewed and reactivated individually after you resubscribe.
